We offer the flexibility of two entertaining settings for your reception; both indoor and outdoor. You can host up to 150 wedding guests in our Tom Thomson Ballroom, which opens onto our patio, sprawling front lawn and the beautiful view of the bay. Yours to enjoy!

We recently hosted our wedding at Inn on the Bay. Hailey and the entire team were exceptionally easy to work with and accommodating. The staff here are true professionals they helped us bring our vision of a wedding near the water to life. They were easy to find and talk to. Very responsive whenever we had a question or concern no matter how small. The chef and kitchen staff were so accommodating of our dietary needs. I want to start off by saying a huge thank you! A thank you doesn’t even cover all of what you did! From endless emails, calls and last minute changes you were amazing! The venue was absolutely perfect and ran so smoothly, the buffet meal was perfect, the staff were amazing and knew exactly what they were doing! And total credit to the bartender who was stuck with all our drunk bodies! Hailey, from all of our families thank you so much for everything and we will definitely be passing on your facility to others who need a venue it was perfect!
We were at the Best Western on the Bay as Parents of the Groom. We were there 3 days and 2 nights with many of our Friends/Family staying 1 night. The entire process from securing multiple blocks of rooms, group rates, determining facility needs all from a distance was EASY, EFFORTLESS but most of all...there service was EXCEPTIONAL. Their “Reception Coordinator”, Hailey was Professional in all dealings, ACCOMMODATING with all things and left no stone unturned as to what the Bride and Groom wanted. Hailey even had covered the things they never mentioned or thought about to ensure their day went beautifully. Wonderful job by Hailey and Arwen.

Best Western Inn on the Bay Wedding Terms and Conditions
Peak Season Guidelines: For weddings hosted on Saturdays during the months of June, July, August, and September, minimum food and beverage charges will apply.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 is required to confirm your wedding.
Payment: 50% of the projected wedding invoice is required to be paid no later than 30 days prior to your wedding. Remainder to be paid no later than 7 business days prior, when final numbers are confirmed.
Postponement/Cancellation: If the event is postponed or cancelled within 14 days prior to the function, 100% of the estimated cost is to be paid. Cancellation 15-30 days prior, 50% of the estimated cost to be paid. Cancellation more than 31 days prior, $1000.00 the amount of deposit.
Food Restrictions: No food or beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought into our premises by theconvener, his or her guests or invitees. Exception: a wedding cake or cupcakes may be brought in. A $50.00 charge will be added for cake cutting. In compliance with health regulations, the Best Western Inn on the Bay does not allow our prepared food to leave the Banquet facilities.
Guest Responsibility: No flames are allowed on the premises, alternate solutions are available. No rice, confetti, rose petals or bazooka streamer shooters, etc., are to be used or thrown at any time while on the premises. Management reserves the right to impose a surcharge for any extra maintenance required as a result of guest decorations.
SOCAN and Re:Sound: Authorization for the use of copyright music at any event without a valid license constitutes copyright infringement. The SOCAN fee is $63.49 plus HST and the Re:Sound fee is $26.63 plus HST.
